Offices in the curve.

13,400 m² of office space, a 3.4 MW grid connection.
Stuttgart-Vaihingen, move-in from Q4 2026.

A building you recognize from afar in Vaihingen: the curved glass facade facing south, four bright wings, green courtyards. And a rare talent: a 3.4 megawatt grid connection, enough for offices and compute under one roof.

The curve of Vaihingen

The south facade describes an arc of glass across six storeys. Behind it: bright, flexible floors with window bands on both sides, short distances, and a clear structure.

Four wings enclose quiet courtyards with trees and a fountain. 4,200 m² of sedum grow on the roof. Below the building: 170 parking spaces.

Contiguous office floors, lab and workshop space, co-working. Every unit is fitted out to your needs, and you grow inside the building instead of moving out.

In the Synergiepark

Stuttgart-Vaihingen is one of the largest office districts in the region: minutes from the development centers of Daimler and Porsche, the university, and the airport.

An office with 3.4 megawatts

AI teams need both: good workplaces and power for their racks. Office buildings with a high grid connection are rare in Germany. Solaris has the connection of five ordinary office buildings, a liquid cooling system, and dark fiber towards DE-CIX.

Around 2,000 m² in the building are reserved for HPC cubes of 100 to 200 kW each, less than a millisecond from your desk. Hosted under German law, GDPR-compliant, no US CLOUD Act. As an anchor tenant you shape the infrastructure: from GPU clusters for AI training to simulations and digital twins.

The concept

Plug & ComputeOffice and compute under one roof. No separate data center needed: one building, one landlord, one location.
Bring Your Own HardwareYou bring your GPUs, servers and storage. Solaris provides racks, power, cooling and network. No vendor lock-in.
Scale With UsStart with one rack and grow inside the building. No relocations, no contracts with external data centers.
EU SovereignThe hardware sits in Germany, GDPR-compliant, no US CLOUD Act. Your data never leaves the building.

What's possible here

The Synergiepark is full of offices but short on places for coffee, lunch and encounter. The courtyards and forecourt of Solaris are the opportunity. Concepts as food for thought, which we realise with you or for you. Drag the slider: today on the left, the idea on the right.
